These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and online store operated by Aleda Pibing ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in USD by default. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent orders.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email after payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal via Shopify Payments.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit viruses, or scrape the site without permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleda Pibing is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer-protection rights you have under French, EU, UK, or US law (including the statutory warranty of conformity).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. EU and French consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
