Aleda Pibing ships worldwide from our fulfilment partners in the United States and Europe.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • United States — 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • France & European Union — 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom — 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world — 10–18 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied on orders over $39 USD (approx. €36 / £34).

Customs & Duties

For orders shipping outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any import duties or VAT charged by the destination country. The carrier will contact you if duties are due.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate or replace your order.
