30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Aleda Pibing we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.
EU / France — Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, France, or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), no reason required. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee extends that statutory right.
Return Process
- Email us at audreyblot55@gmail.com to request a return authorisation. Include your order number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel.
- Ship the package to the address we provide. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery (or 30 days for EU/UK customers under the consumer guarantee). If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used personal-care items cannot be returned unless defective.
